Beginning July 16th, the Crescent City Farmers Market will match SNAP customer purchases when using their Louisiana Purchase (or other states’) EBT card up to $25 per market visit until funding runs out (last year it was 3 months, but we expect it to go much faster this year). In other words, if an SNAP shopper visits any one of our three markets and uses their card during MarketMatch, we give them up to $25 additional dollars to spend.

The Mid-City Farmers Market is held every Thursday year-round from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Orleans Avenue and Bayou St. John, in the parking lot of the American Can Co..
