Mid-City Community Meeting - District 97 Candidates The primary election is coming up, and we want Mid-Citizens to have a chance to hear from candidates running to represent them in Baton Rouge. We have invited all candidates for District 97 (see map) to attend this meeting and introduce themselves to attendees. Agenda starts at 6:30PM with some announcements from MCNO. Candidates will be able to address attendees starting around 7PM. We hope to see you there!

Four state legislative districts touch Mid-City, and District 94 is a big one. We've invited all the candidates to come out and answer questions in front of the voters. Join us on Wednesday September 25 to hear what your candidates have to say! Meet & greet starts at 5:30PM. Candidates start answering questions at 6PM we wrap up by 7:30PM. And because we're never getting over last year's NFC Championship game, we're even giving each candidate a yellow penalty flag…

This signature event provides Mid-City residents the opportunity to meet neighbors and enjoy food and drink from over a dozen Mid-City restaurants and bars.
