The New Orleans City Council is expanding energy efficiency and preparing to make major decisions on how we meet our energy needs with a twenty year Integrated Resource Plan. They have opened a public comment period starting with a public meeting hosted by Entergy this Wednesday, February 20th, from 2:00pm-4:30pm at the UNO Lindy Boggs Conference Center (2045 Lakeshore Drive).
