Put a better Mid-City in the heart of New Orleans!

Your membership in MCNO helps to fund activities that improve and revitalize Mid-City and New Orleans as a whole. Through your contribution, MCNO can continue to advocate on your behalf at City Hall and through other avenues for quality of life issues including commercial renewal, zoning and code enforcement, crime prevention, blight reduction, and more.

Benefits of Joining: Membership in MCNO also gives you preferred status at our monthly "MCNO Mixer" events around Mid-City, where MCNO residents come to meet, greet, and exchange thoughts about this great neighborhood. Later this year, we will hope to introduce a MCNO discount card that will give you special benefits at area merchants.

When you fill out the form, please let us know which of the email benefits you wish to receive. We offer the MCNO Newswire (periodic updates with important Mid-City news; these are also posted to the MCNO Yahoo! Group; MCNO Email Newsletter (a quarterly email newsletter, also available in PDF form, that updates you on MCNO's activities, City Hall updates that relate to Mid-City, and more), and Merchant Announcements (updates on new businesses that come to Mid-City as well as existing businesses that have specials to offer Mid-Citizens). You can opt to receive any, all, or none of these email communications. If you opt-in for any of them, you will receive a confirmation email to which you must reply to be added to the list. MCNO will NEVER sell your email address or use it for any purpose other than you request.

Membership Levels: MCNO offers four levels of membership: Senior/Student, Household, Business, and Friend. All levels receive the benefits of membership. (Members must be of legal drinking age to purchase alcoholic beverages at MCNO events and those who join at the Friend level must donate at least $20 to be eligible for benefits.)

Business members enjoy the added benefit of discounts on special "Market Mid-City" advertising programs, including eblasts and other promotional activities, throughout the year. New business members are also announced to the membership and on the MCNO Yahoo! Group periodically, and are promoted at MCNO Mixer events.
