The Mid-City Neighborhood Organization’s bylaws specify the following boundaries: City Park Avenue, Pontchartrain Expressway, Broad Street, Orleans Avenue, and a short stretch of North Carrollton.

Please note that the term “Mid-City” is often used to refer to a much larger district which encompasses many other neighborhoods, such as Gert Town, Tulane Gravier, Tremé, Bayou St. John, the Fairgrounds and the Seventh Ward. MCNO aims to work together with all these neighborhoods to uplift the entire Mid-City district.
