The Mid-City Neighborhood Organization’s bylawsspecify the following boundaries: City Park Avenue, Pontchartrain Expressway, Broad Street, Orleans Avenue, and a short stretch of North Carrollton.

Please note that the term “Mid-City” is often used to refer to a much larger districtwhich encompasses many other neighborhoods, such as Gert Town, Tulane Gravier, Tremé, Bayou St. John, the Fairgrounds and the Seventh Ward. MCNO aims to work together with all these neighborhoods to uplift the entire Mid-City district.
The Mid-City Neighborhood has established 12 Zones, divided along major throughfares in Mid-City. For the coming year, MCNO will establish Zone Representative positions for each of the 12 zones.
