This weekend, two neighbors are representing Mid-City in Washington DC: Jennifer Weishaupt and Virginia Blanque. The trip is part of an effort by Friends of New Orleans to keep our cause alive in the minds of Congressional lawmakers. In this picture by Karen Gadbois, you can see Virginia is wearing her Mid-City tee shirt.
